Needs Work
The app is not as user-friendly as it could be. The first time I used the app to request a ride, it would not let me choose between my two credit cards-- it just picked one for me. During the ride, I was able to select the other card, but... uber charged the wrong card anyway.
Then no receipt. When I tried to "resend receipt" under the trip, it stated "unable to process your request."
The Help function is terrible. There is no way to search for topics (at least I couldnt find a way). I had to click on everything I saw looking for a solution to the lack of receipt. I finally found the topic under help: it states to click on resend, just as I had done. No word on what to do if you receive the aforementioned error message.
I like Uber and the app could be really great, but it has a ways to go.
