To many issues

I really didnt want to give up on Uber but Im consistently reminded they dont care about customers. The drivers are rude, they do what they want i.e. pull up to you location but hide between parked cars, go to a location they choose and cancel your trip for which you are charged. Then its a fight to get a refund. Ive had Uber show me one charge for a ride and when receipt comes its a different charge. Uber will ask an pool rider to change their drop off to save the fellow rider time but fails to account for your time.
Ive recently downloaded Lyft I dont know if it will be better but I know what Uber is about and its not safety or customer service.
