Terrible service
I had a medium sized appliance that I had to move TWO MILES. I called for an XL Uber. I texted the driver several times, letting him know of my situation and verifying that this was okay. He never responded to me. He shows up 8 minutes late and without bothering to talk to me says, "This is for people. Get a truck. Im not helping you." I reminded him that I messaged him letting him know about it, and he says, "Too bad. Cancel the trip." He drives off, and Uber Support sends me an automated message telling me that Im being charged $5 for cancelling my trip.
For a customer service company they do nothing to show that they care about their customers. Ill never use Uber again. Id rather call a taxi.
