كنت في تركيا وسائق التاكسي ألغى المشوار وحسبوا علي رسوم إلغاء 13 ليرة تركية !!! إذا سائق التاكسي هو ألغى المشوار لماذا أتحمل أنا دفع رسوم الإلغاء وهو من قام بالإلغاء وليس أنا !!! علماً إني راسلت الدعم الفني وكان ردهم لي أن المشوار ملغي وأنا أتحمل دفع رسوم الإلغاء !!! هل هذا الشي عادل ؟؟؟!!!

سيء جدا فاشل نصابين انا مره طلبت و كنسلت لان السواق بعيد و طلبت مره ثانيه بنفس الوقت و ركبت معه لما وصلت مشواري يقول في عليك ١٢ ريال حق إلغاء للطلب ليش يضيفوا علي و انا كنسلته اول ما شفته بعيد بعدها حذفت البرنامج نهائياً ايزي تكسي افضل منه بألف مره و بعده كريم و اي احد في السعوديه انصحه بآيزي تكسي والله روعة

I chose a good ride thst was $69 then saw I was charged $75. Why does Uber do this and how Is this legal? They should charge what they say the cost of the ride not whatever they want after it is over. I wanna do a class action lawsuit against Uber for false advertising the cost of rides. They do this almost every time I book a ride. Why is it that I always get overcharged and never undercharged? Criminal behavior. People like convenience so they will sell out to anybody it is sad.

Anthony was great. However, both Christopher and Juan, prior to Anthony, BOTH cancelled on me after agreeing to picking me up after waiting 5-10 minutes for both.

We had 6 people and. Lot of luggage going to Europe. Mohammed got all of us in his car doing a great job organizing all the luggage in the XXL!! Awesome work !!

Uber is the worst. Horrible service,constant canceled rides, and just a trash app. I ordered an uber close to when I was getting off of work. The uber took forever and on top of that said that he couldn’t get any closer. So I walk to his location and no joke I’m like 10 steps from the uber and he cancels my ride and refuses to continue with the service. One of the most humiliating moments of my life. What made it worse was that I had a work laptop and very important items and at this moment it’s almost 3 AM at night with nothing but a bunch of homeless tweakers all around me. I would have just stayed at my work waiting inside where it’s safe. Shame on that driver and uber because they did nothing to resolve the issue. The anger I felt ohhh gurl it’s not worth it trust me and I’m very easy go lucky…like to a fault. If I was a bruja I would definitely cast a spell/curse upon that rude awful driver and the CEO’s of uber. Save your dignity and your time.

It took me over an hour to try to get my credit card updated. That was a very lousy experience. My driver was great, but trying to handle updating my card was terrible.

I paid $27 ($22 + $5 Tip) in total for an order, the driver picks it up, shows up, marks it as delivered, and steals my food. I contact customer service and they “fully refund” me $22 dollars in Uber cash. They then charge me again for the $5 tip FROM THE UBER CASH THEY JUST REFUNDED ME. So they took my original $5 tip and then another $5 from Uber cash. The idiot customer support representative says they can’t help me at all. Lost $10 for an order I never even got. I will be filling a claim with my bank and will never use this disgusting app ever again.

the app said it would use the money ON THE UBER CARD. it said it was $30. i clicked pay, and low and behold i get w notification from my bank saying i spent $44 on uber eats. WHO SPENDS $44 TO GET SOME MINECRAFT MEALS WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!??!??!?? also i think my sis is getting abused. anyways, i go to cancel the order to get my money back, so TELL ME WHY ITS $30 TO CANCEL!? AND NO REFUND!?!? WHAAAATTT!?!? screw this.

The Uber platform is built to ignore the issues riders have with divers. No ability to complain about delays. The chat bot is a circular waste of time built for drivers, not for customers. Done. Hello Lyft.

Everytime I request a ride it takes along time to get one sometimes 30 minutes just to wait for a uber they pick drivers that be across town then they allow them to do multiple trips at once then there’s a ride close by they cancel it and pick another driver far away I have to wait just to get a ride it’s ridiculous and unprofessional u pay for ride reliable rides and it doesn’t even be that

I been using uber and uber eats for years and I been having problems getting help on anything since they updated to to only able to chat with AI. Recently they been forced to tip without my permisson! They are not suppose to charge me on whatever amount they want , that’s insane!

Reserved an Uber 4 days in advance b/c I’m the only person in San Antonio not here for the final 4! Edgar was Johnny in the spot! Didn’t have to wait for him and got me to my hotel really quickly! Was very knowledgeable about everything going on this weekend. Highly recommend him!

The app could be easier to use

I use uber frequently and I get no rewards or discounts, I spend a lot of money going long distances to be safe and responsible and continually spend $100 on my day off to go out and have a good time, anyway just disappointing because I am unable to go out unless I want to spend $100 in uber charges
