Great drivers, mediocre app

Cons:
The app always automatically rates most of my drivers with 0/5 stars when they deserve 5/5.
The fare split has only worked a few times, and I end up venmo-ing my friends anyways.
Pick up location is unintuitive.

Pros:
Cheaper, honest fare, and way more polite than a taxi in Boston. Safe driving too!
