UI needs work

Ubers app is unable to drag and drop a pin to the destination, like it can when setting the pickup location.

Intuitiveness of user interface could use work, but the dev team regularly improves and updates the app. Its not clear when you actually have hailed a ride.

Problems exist with sending more than one driver to a single call. Still, though, this is the go-to, first-choice default.

Uber is the only service Ive seen that provides a cost estimate. This seemingly fundamental capability is lost on competitors Lyft and hardly-available-anywhere Sidecar.
