Drivers give you a poor rating if you dont give them a cash tip

The entire purpose of Uber is undermined if youre expected, as you are, to give drivers a cash tip.

Uber claims it is not required. However, drivers will give you a poor rating if you do not tip them, making it harder to even call an Uber in the future.

Since Uber has effectively made it compulsory to tip, it should at least add a tip button in the app.
