Terrible service

Call a TAXI
After logging in several times and finally getting through... There is no detail info on service, like the uberx, XL etc...
When you sign in on line you get directed to drive for uber, I dont want to drive for uber... I want a couple answers thats all...
So I get an email asking me for the questions...20 minutes later nothing...
I have to give one star I have no choice
