Caution: cant delete payment info after entering

The app will not let you delete your payment information after you enter it. I decided to move over to Lyft, and found out that uber wont let go of my credit card info!!!
(FYI: I worked around it by adding paypal as my payment info, after which uber does let go of the original payment method. I then deleted uber from the allowed vendors list in my paypal)
