Terrible Company
This company is greatly over-rated. To make a long story short, my account was disabled without any prompt or explanation from the company (regardless of me not having engaged in any inappropriate activities whether financial/account wise/with driver/other passengers/etc.) and when I tried contacting support numerous times, I never got a response. When you call customer service, you get a long and annoying automated voicemail then get hung up on (horrible customer service). I wont even get into the confusion of using UberEats. Im surprised that theyre not out of business yet but Im sure that once Lyft and Juno are available in more locations, there will be no more Uber. Lyft, Juno and regular taxi companies are all I use now.
