This app has a lot of glitches with very funneled technical support

-The ping function is very inaccurate.
- I randomly wont be able to request a driver( I live in la so how is the possible)
- The driver and passenger rating system simply does not work
-The navigation system is in efficient ex: guiding drivers to make left hand turns on busy streets with no stop lights.
