Horrible customer service
I was charged double the amount on my receipt and when I contacted costumer support all they could say was that the driver reported issues with the ride so he needed compensation, and when I asked what the issue was they would not tell me and proceeded to tell me "you were not charged twice" and that the issue was resolved and Id be sent an updated receipt. They do not listen at all and are a shady company.
