Out of touch

Update: Previous attempts to contact the driver was via the internet. I tried again from within the app and was successful so updating review from 1 to 5 stars! Alls well that ends well.

Last couple rides were great; everything worked fine, but…I left a hat in the car, went to help to sign in to contact the driver. First attempt to log in with my phone number resulted in response "too many requests." Whats that about? It was my first attempt ever to contact them. I tried again with my email instead of phone number and got the same response. That was a new hat I just acquired and now its irretrievably gone. Poor customer service!

Another annoying thing about the app--whenever there is an update, they never say what is new in the update.
