In app service
The in app support is probably the worst out of any company I have ever dealt with. When you reach out for help, you explain your story then the next person who respond is a new person. So youre constantly reiterating your problem. (They even ask the customer to send screen shots of previous conversations instead of just looking it up themselves.) they offer some promotions but then do not honor their side of the deal. Honestly the worst customer service
