Poor customer service
Uber charges cancellation fees if their drivers cancel on you. Not sure how you can trust a company that does this. My driver never arrived; I watched him on the tracking as he drove farther and farther away from me. Then I received a notice that he canceled the trip. (Im sssuming because he didnt want to drive the distance I was requesting.) Then I received a notice that I was being charged for it. Contacting Support only resulted in canned responses that this situation fell under their 3 appropriate reasons for cancelation fees (it didnt). Terrible way to treat your customers. I deleted the app.
