Horrible Services. Adios
I am really disappointed at their services lately. I am deleting the app. Time estimates are wrong every single time. If you cancel it they will charge you, matter of factly, they charge you right away( just look at your bank account). When you are trying to address an issue, they use automatic messages, that will give a credit for your next ride but not reimbursement as its not "in accordance with their policy". You driver never arrived and cancelled your trip? They charge you $5, again without reimbursement. And I dont need their credit as I am not gonna use their services anymore. And thats after using it on a daily basis for few years. I do not care if my concerns are heard, Uber, if you cannot fix anything.
