Horrible outsourced customer service
All issues and complaints go to some Indian call center. All they do is copy/paste generic Uber terms or service as responses. Gone are the days when you could get a competent person in he pine who speaks English. I have used Uber for years and all of a sudden the app is rejecting every payment source, even Apple Pay! My workaround is to login to my wifes Uber account, and request a ride with the payment method which is failing on my account. All I get from then useless indian call center people is some generic BS avoid making sure here are enough funds available or to try another lent method. Gee, you think... you had to have money available to spend it???? Totally useless. If he app works for you, consider yourself lucky. If you have any issues whatsoever, good luck!
