Driver Loyalty
I was release as a driver in 2016 due to a background issue from 2003. My service from 2014-2016 has an avg. 4.85 rating. I was always courteous to my customers, offered snacks and water and accommodated their travel needs. Not one time did I get a complaint of professionalism during my 800+ trips. But because of the bad publicity Uber drivers received on the news in the past two years, they figured they would be safer dropping people with certain charges. Ive promoted their business to potential clients and drivers and this is the thanks I get. When I told them I lost their phone about a year ago, they still charged me weekly fees. OMG!!!
