No customer service help. I mean NONE. I had three charges for $40 out of my personal bank account on two different dates for Uber on dates I had not requested uber. I contacted their "email customer service" THREE times with screen shots of the charges and a screen shot of my uber account (which they can see) which is the ONLY account my card is hooked to. Only to get no response but "refer to our help section of our app." No kidding? Thats how I sent the message in the first place. Bottom line, uber was stealing money from my account and giving me unauthorized charges. I am now money-less for 7 days while my bank sends in a fraud review. Thanks uber!! 0 stars.
