Are you listening, Uber?

How Uber can keep reading all of their customers frustrations and ignore them is amazing to me. Keeping location always on is a violation of privacy and a drain on battery life. They need to set more policies about drivers cancelling trips. People have been asking to be able to tip drivers for how long now?? And when will you change the current horrible logo back to the "U". As my grandmother would say, "You threw your candy in the dirt." Au revoir.
