Late to work! because of your new update

I had scheduled a ride with enough time allotted for the driver to pick me up then be early to work now I will be a couple minutes to 10 minutes late because of your new update that I used to think was cool and good for both driver and user but

now I see that it is unhelpful as I watched my Ubers expected arrival time to my location increase by more than 5 minutes.

Problem #2: Ubers gps is not integrating well with google maps and my drivers are taking wrong turns.
Most use other GPS apps because of this fact
