Horrible customer service, buggy app, avoid

I have been a frequent Uber user for a while now and have had nothing but trouble with the app. Anytime you have to contact customer service they give you the runaround, demand that you provide details even though they have access to that information.

Please give lyft a try if you encounter the same problems. Uber is on their way down and doesnt treat their customers OR their drivers right at all!
