App is terrible

What is going on with Uber??? The app and the service used to be excellent but now they both have gone downhill.

App GPS continues to give wrong location and I cant change it. No where can I send feedback to Uber about this problem using the app.

Scheduling a pickup from my home address even sends the wrong address to the driver even though I have my home address configured in the app.

Disappointing. Tonight should be interesting to see what happens when I try to get my ride at the airport.
