Drivers/cars mostly fine, app has problems

More than a few times Ive had the app give me an arrival estimates when Im deciding what ride option to use and be wrong by over 20 minutes once I was paired with a driver, then I was charged for cancellation.
Once the app gave us directions that spent 30 minutes wandering neighborhoods rather than getting on the freeway, but neither Google, Apple, nor Waze showed any freeway traffic.
