Double charged and no response from Uber

I have a broken ankle and was given gift cards for Uber. To use a gift card, you still need to have payment info on file.

So far every ride this week has been charged against my Uber Credit balance AND on my Visa card.

I wrote to inform them of the issues several days ago and no response nor has it changed. I will have to dispute the charges and then use Lyft or another service after credits expire. Not happy with the service.
