The driver called and told me that he did not want to pick me up as he is 10 minutes away. He stated that he mainly works in NYC and therefore he does not want to pick me up and demanded that I cancel it the trip. Since uber has a cancellation fee for customers cancelling trips I did not agree on this as I feel like we shouldnt get penalised if the driver REFUSED to do the trip.. I tried calling back several times he ignored all of my phone calls. Conveniently, there is no direct way to speak to someone in customer service for uber . Go for LYFT, VIA and GETT. Bye uber .
