Poorly Designed App

The app accepts poor quality pick up data. A driver has to call the rider in case of a block range instead of a street address to obtain the exact address to manually enter into a navigation app.

The app sends out substandard data to third party navigation apps, prioritizing faulty lat/long coordinates over a street address as entered by a rider.

The driver has to manually enter street addresses each trip to override imprecise lat/long data supplied by the uber app.

Riders have no option of voluntarily submitting photos for faster pick-ups.

Drivers are forced to rate riders each trip - a tedious, unnecessary step, especially during back-to-back rides.

Start and end trip slide buttons are confusingly done in the same color, instead of following green/red color scheme elsewhere - consistency issue.
