Add the ability to tip drivers

Make it painfully obvious that when you select pool, you cant ask your driver to make stops, and that they will probably be paired with another pool. No more saying "what? Pool? Whats that? Can we make a couple stops, actually I need to go somewhere else instead, oh and can we not pick up the next person."
