Worst customer service

I fought w uber for over a week. My uber account and PayPal were hacked. Someone has been joy riding around California and New York on my dime. My app, password, and account keep acting up. Cant even request an uber because I owe them money.. from fraudulent rides..Uber customer service is JOKE! I have lost count how many emails I have sent. You get a different rep every time . A different answer every time. Drivers get a number to call but riders do not. Finally resolved but still acting up!

NEVER USE PAYPAL FOR UBER!!!!! They link it and apparently it can be used as a log in!! Which I was not made aware of. So if you get hacked, youre screwed. Your bank cant prove it was uber. The transaction just says PayPal.
