Switched to Lyft and couldnt be happier!
I used to be an avid Uber user who gave it a five star rating. However, Uber changed the app to require location always, even when not using the app. This is reprehensible. You cant tip the drivers. Also, the company engages in bad business practices and has a culture of harassment. Lastly, their support takes days to respond to email questions. For all of these reasons, I use Lyft all the time unless I cant get a ride with Lyft. Travis needs to resign. I hope the company can fix its problems and fix the app so it doesnt need location always. If these things happen, Ill improve my review.
