Horrible Customer Support
I was cancelled by four drivers in a row bc they werent going to my hotel area in San Francisco. One of the drivers charged me $5 anyway. Once in SF, one of the drivers the next day said her app wasnt working right. She picked up another fare. We got dropped off and later my receipt billed us for where the second rider was dropped off which was double the price. Emailed back and forth with Uber and was told it was my fault. USE LYFT, never had a problem with them.
