Terrible
I recently was charged $43 for a 4 mile trip that usually cost $25 because my driver decided to take an extra trip after my initial set pinned location. Ubers "customer service" team (quotes used because they are of NO help) managed to reply quickly, but by email and in a passive aggressive way that is completely childish and not the way business should be done. This company is completely selfish and has no regard or respect for their customers ( and as Ive heard, much less for their drivers). Do yourself a favor and call a cab or use Lyft - dont let these guys "win". This along wit recent news Ive heard makes me fully despise this company.
