Terrible

This is the worst service I have ever had. I am not sure I like Uber anymore. It happened a few times that I had to cancel service because I had been waiting for a very long time and they charged me anyways. I guess cars would start meters before they arrived. Sometimes they have money back and sometime they didnt.... I really got frustrated and stopped using it. There should be a feature where as soon as taxi starts the meter, we approve it in front of them, and same when we get there. Too much trouble. And now, even worse, People in bogota are starting to be very tired with this surplus. Last year, the Uber Black never had surplus and everyone was so happy and defending Uber in front of war with taxis. Now, with this ridiculous surplus, you can see the discourse changing and people are using more taxis again since they know that they will be always charged the same. Its a big big shame. Really. Sad
