Really
Ive used uber with my family a couple of times and it been good. The problem I have is that there support is the worst. You guys call your self a company yet it so hard for you to communicate with you costumers. They dont have an email or a phone number. You have to message them on twitter for help and the say they are available 24/7 but no. What takes so long for someone to help. Honestly I wouldve game this a 1 star but Im feeling a little generous. Fox this UBER. Come on.
