Bad App

App is difficult to work with especially if you are new to it. Used successfully several times. Then tried to cancel a ride, but it wont cancel even though I kept trying to cancel. Now they want to charge me because it wasnt cancelled in 5 minutes. I certainly did it in 5 minutes but the app wouldnt let me. Uber, thats your problem not mine.
Love the service, hate the app. Deleted it.
