Service has gone down hill
I used to love Uber. I used it all the time when I didnt feel like taking the subway. UberPool was amazing. But, over the past few months this app has gone downhill. UberPool is now a waste of time and money honestly. Almost every ride is shared with 2 other people, instead of the usual 1 other, which could make the trip 3x as long as it should. And the routes taken dont make sense. Maybe they are doing this to stop people from taking pool? Thats ok LyftLine is still very good. Customer service is also terrible. If you ever try to voice your concerns they will just send back a prewritten message basically saying "sorry, not sorry". I have gotten the same exact message at least 5 times now, for different concerns. Uber would be good if it was the only option, but I will be using Lyft from now on.
