American Express points

After asking the question why can I not use my AE points to pay for my rides? I went through 3 days of hell with them sending me links to click on, make sure youre enrolled, call AE, etc.....
Im telling them I AM enrolled, I HAVE called AE, I sent them screenshots of my account but still 7 people involved in my thread were unable to solve or even try.
Then the night of day 3 arrives and someone has a light switch on.
Oh the current version of the app doesnt support the use of points at this time.
Well maybe now you can educate the rest of your staff on this answer.
Please sort this out, I am more than entitled to use my points.
There was also no recovery. I would like a credit to my account.
