Very Poor App

Tried to use it for the first time today. Wanted to set up a ride for later and it gave me no option for a time. It immediately sent a driver and cost me $2 to cancel. Even after going to the help section and reading exactly what to do, the option to set up a ride in advance was not there.
There is no customer service at all and the app is simply terrible unless you need a ride immediately.
