No customer service

Avoid uber! Terrible customer service! Took an uberpool to work got an awful uberpool route which would have taken an extra half hour. Got out of the car and took the train. Charge for the 8 minute drive? $31!!! When contacted uber all i got was what seemed to be automated responses that said sorry you had a problem.... But uber isnt responsible.... Would give less than one star if possible!! Will stick with lyft. theyve always been fair about their charges and refund when theres a problem and they dont have automaded machines that they call "customer service "!!
