All the bad reviews on here have to be cab companies on a smear campaign bc they know uber will eventually put them all out of business.
Uber is easy, fast, cheap and safe. Much nicer and way cheaper compared to any cab in all the cities Ive used uber.
Only thing is I wish there was a tip feature on the app. I hate to carry cash and I think this is a much needed addition.
