Ubers Creepy "Security"
I used to enjoy this app. Im a flight attendant and have taken uber over 300+ times to and from the airport etc. a few months ago uber reps have turned into hardcore TSA. They decline your payment methods randomly as a "security precaution", preventing you from requesting a ride. Also they have started disabling and locking accounts randomly also. Ive had my account locked 7 times in 1 month. Every time a rep unlocks it and apologizes, another customer service rep feels the need to go back into the system and re-lock the account. Their service reps have zero form of communication with each other. This is why multiple reps seem to answer questions with scripted responses. All of the new changes uber has made has caused this app to go downhill. I hope a new ride service comes and blows them out of business.
