Terrible

I used uber (with my companys account) in NYC and it worked great.

First time using app (personal) in Seattle and all seems well, I get a driver on the way. Then suddenly it says Im a "banned user" out of nowhere? Banned for what requesting a ride?

I spun up the lyft app and had a ride in 3 min.

Fix the app or union issues in Seattle or whatever it is... I will probably not use again in the near future.
