Starts good, turns horrible

Your first ride always is good, prices start of dirt cheap. The more you end up using it, the worse it gets. Drivers always cancel and when riders do they have to pay 2$ fee even if its the drivers fault. When you complain they only give you a stupid useless apology. 4 times in a row I have had to rate drivers 1/5. The only response I get is sometimes a refund and a stupid excuse about standards they dont uphold. To be honest I would recommend using Lyft if youre in the US, or your countrys alternative. Been 2 year user, before I used to be in Dubai. Service there was absolutely superb, here no one cares about anything in terms of comfort, easiness, service, or even cleanliness sometimes.
Would leave 0/5 if possible. I do not recommend for users within the US
