Recently, Uber began charging cancellation fees even when the driver cancels the ride. You should complain to receive credit on a future ride. If you forget to write, your mistake.
Uber tracks our location even when were not using the app and its customer service team uses a passive-aggressive tone carefully adjusted to make people feel bad about contacting support.
I deleted the app as soon as a competitor arrived in my city.
