Uber refused to apply my credits to a ride, even though I had the credit payment method toggled on. Customer support doesnt even read my emails. Instead they continue to send formulaic responses like "we cant change a payment method". they even had the gall to instruct me on how to toggle on the credits, even after I sent screen shots showing the credits payment method toggled on. Totally dishonest.
