Unimpressive Company
I do not appreciate needing my location being tracked in order to open the app. Also, I had a app. malfunction and was charged for cancelling a ride. I tried for hours to clarify my issue with customer service until they eventually sent a message saying the conversation was over and discontinued responding to my concerns, ultimately, from my point of view, robbing me of five dollars. The amount of money is irrelevant, it is the audacity to be so absolutely rude and dismissive that is the most appalling. This company has seemingly no respect for their customers, they dont, as far as I know, have an easily accessible customer service number to call regardless of how of a popular of a company it is, and I have no intention of using their services in the future. It may be convenient but convenience is ultimately just another way how souls are lost. Dont bother with the app or the company.
