Thieves? (Abusing access to Credit card)
I took a ride in January 2017 and paid in full for the ride. In early April 2017, Über contacted me and informed me they undercharged me for the January ride. So they charged me an additional $5.03, without my consent and several months after the original ride. They may technically, legally be allowed to do this, but it is unprofessional, inappropriate, and an abuse of their access to my account. I contacted them to ask for a refund and received no reply after a week. I canceled my account and am also posting this review so maybe other people can get a better feel for how Über does business.
You may think I am over-reacting, but I have plenty of options (train, bus, lyft, taxis, bicycle). I have no reason to do business with Über. Im not going to let them pull something like this again on me, "fool me once...etc."
