Watch app useless

Heres what the watch app does on my new Apple Watch.

Launches
Determining location
Loading data
ERROR cant load data from server try again later.

4 straight days now, the watch app is 0-18 in actually doing anything. No notifications when rides show up either.

Its been over 2 months of updates and the watch app still doesnt work. Dumb.
