Honestly, it is whatever. I strongly dislike the cancelation fee. It is $5 if you cancel your ride which is pretty stupid. It only bothers me because I feel like it is unnecessary from the customers perspective. It makes me want to switch to lyft because i heard the employees are much more kind and respectful. I understand that you are trying to make money, but really?! The drivers I usually get are great people. MAJORITY of the time. Which is great, but other times you can tell that they only care about the money. If you are an uber driver, you have to at least like the job. And other times, the drivers would repeatedly compliment me to where it gets weird or they get way too personal about certain things until they discover my age.. and then the rest of the ride is completely uncomfortable.
