Never showed up

I dropped a rental car off and needed a lift to the airport. I ordered a car and it said it was 12 min out. Every five minutes it would update and say it was 8 or 12 minutes away and said that for over 30 minutes. I ordered a second car and it said it was 8 minutes away. Then when it updated said it was 20 minutes away. I could see several drivers driving very close to where I was at but none of them ever stopped. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting (in the cold and wind!) I finally gave up and had to figure something else out. Will never use this app again.
